If you intend to apply for a renewal of the residence permit for asylum seekers you need:

  • stamp duty of euro 16
  • 2 passport photos
  • If your host is:
    1. the house-owner: a declaration of hospitality, the purchase agreement, and a copy of the host’s proof of identity are required.
    2. the leaseholder: a declaration of hospitality plus the host’s proof of identity, authorisation of the householder, copy of the owner's proof of identity are required
    3. a hosting facility: a declaration on letterhead is required.

OR ALTERNATIVELY

  • the permanent address (to be verified)
  • If YOU HAVE FILED AN APPEAL: updated documentation on the status of the appeal, and any suspension occurred (ask your lawyer).
  • If it is the first time: submit integral text of the appeal, and dossier details as referred to in the G. R. (general register).
  • For renewals: updated status of the dossier only.

The applicant must provide his current address and a mobile phone number for any communication.
